Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital

My wife developed a very serious , even dangerous spinal/neck condition. Following her surgery she was admitted to the Baptist Rehab Hospital in Germantown, TN. I’m taking this unsolicited opportunity to tell anyone interested, what a positive experience my wife had at Baptist Rehab Hospital. The physical therapy was vigorous and well managed. At the end of the therapy session my wife was tired. When my wife was admitted she could not sit up and she could barely move her limbs. When she left, she was moving her arms and legs much more freely and she could stand with assistance. To me, this was miraculous. The individual physical therapists were absolutely top notch. They got the best from my wife and trained me on techniques that I will need to use in handling my wife when she gets home. All the nurses and nurses aids were compassionate, kind and well trained in their treatment duties. There were lots of smiles. The in house physicians were easy to work with. If you asked to see them, they got bLiack in touch pretty quickly. The facility was modern and kept sparkling clean. If we need rehabilitation services in the future, we’d go back in a heartbeat. My stay here was great. I do feel like the pt and ot helped me reach the goals I need to return to my normal day to day living. The nurses and techs were great with making sure I had everything I need throughout the day and night. Overall this is a great facility. I can say its very clean and peaceful. more

Susan Miller and Lauren were great therapists. The food was great!! If I could choose to go to rehab ever again I would chose Baptist Memorial Rehab Hospital. This was a great place. more

I would like to give a special thanks to kristen for catching something that could’ve been so severe. I was sent out for an MRI and results showed blood was on my brain. The blood was drained and I recovered enough to come back to continue rehab. Overall the staff here has been great. In some instances they have went over and beyond! I would like to thank all of you. more

My stay here has been pleasant. Everyone has been very helpfully. Billy, Debbie and Marybeth were very great therapist. The nurses and techs has been very good with getting the things I needed and making sure I was comfortable while here. They came in to talk with me from time to time. They made me feel like family. Dr Jain is also a great dr. She made sure I was okay and i didn’t need anything. more

Enjoyed my stay and really like Ty and Joy, both nurses. My room was a little cold at night but care is superb. I stayed here a few years ago and also had a good experience then. -MP more
