I do not recommend this urgent care AT ALL.\r I waited for 3 hours, then had some X-Rays done and had to wait for another 45 minutes to get the results, which I did not see the images, they just explained what I had. Received an injection and was sent home.\r Even with a very good insurance, later one I couldn't stop receiving bills, totaling almost 700 dollars.\r The billing dept was not very helpful at all and there was not much they could do regarding the bill more

I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH BAPTIST URGENT CARE CTR IN DORAL. WHEN I WALKED IN IT LOOKED LIKE A HOTEL LOBBY. THERE IS A KIDDIE CORNER WITH CHILD SIZE TABLE AND CHAIRS IN WHIMSICAL COLORS. OUT CAME ONE OF THE NURSES WITH APPLE JUICE,CRACKERS AND STICKERS FOR MY KIDS. BESIDES THE DECOR IN THE WAITING ROOM THE SERVICE FROM EVERY PERSON WE CAME IN CONTACT WITH WAS FRIENDLY, CARING AND ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS. WHEN YOUR FOCUS IS ON THE SICK CHILD YOU BRING IN, IT'S A RELIEF TO HAVE PROFESSIONALS AS THESE PEOPLE, REMEMBER WHY WE ARE THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. MAY GOD BLESS THEM ALL.
