This attorney is not honest, does not know the law, and gives poor advice. Save your money, time, and sanity. Get a second opinion before signing anything or paying any money to this person as we should have done. Ms. Bansmer definitely needs to seek another profession. more

A lawyer that lies in court 11/30/2010

First of all, all her reviews are by the same people, A good lawyer doesn't have reviews on line nor do they need them. This lawyer lies in court and can't argue the facts very well in front of a judge. Erica has turned the divorce proceedings into a three ring circus. She seems to be milking her client as this divorce is going on over a year now. Erica needs to go into another profession and she is very unprofessional. She needs to be reported to the bar for misconduct. more
