Great custom home builder 6/13/2013

Our neighborhood has some fairly strict building restrictions, so creativity in making this dream come true was critical. Banks Home Building Inc really listened to what was most important to us. They then came back with a design that absolutely hit the mark and quite frankly, exceeded our expectations. more

Amazing custom home builder 6/13/2013

The selection coordinator was amazing, we don’t know how we would have done this without her guidance. She understood our wants and needs and saved us so much time and wasted money. The process was flawless – entirely contrary to what we anticipated it being. Everybody did an exceptional job and we completely agree and understand with Banks Home Building Inc’s “inclusive price philosophy”, no hidden extras or surprise change orders! more

happy with the home builder 6/13/2013

We were initially opposed to building a new home, but we fell in love with a beautiful property overlooking a golf course, with western sunsets, and decided to take advantage of it. Since we already lived in a Birmingham, AL and had a few friends who raved about their experiences with Banks Home Building Inc building their homes with, we knew from the start that we wanted our home to be built by Banks Home Building Inc. more

After many disappointing meetings with different builders, we met Banks Home Building Inc. They are so on top of things at all times. They are extremely honest and have more integrity than anyone we know. Banks Home Building Inc are the best in the area and we are confident that our home is solid and tight. Just a short note to thank you for the terrific job you did on our kitchen / family room remodeling. The quality of your workmanship was excellent, and we wound up with a much more attractive space. Even though it ended up being a bigger job than I had anticipated, the end result was worth the added expense. The two rooms, opened to flow into each other, are working out very well. more
