the worst company. left many message buy they never return call. I talked to 2 people on a seperate occassion but becuase I want to follow up with them since I've talked to them and they know what I need but when I call back again the next day someone else told me that they are no longer with the company. more

I have been in the real estate business for twenty years. And I have been working with Bankers Trust Escrow for more than 6 years and I love their customer service. I have never worked with an escrow company with devoted employees more than Bankers Trust I will always stay with them until the end of my career. The staff is there bright and early in the morning and late at night they even come in on the weekends. I would advise any of my clients, family and friends to work with Bankers Trust Escrow. I have been in Escrow Hell with this company for weeks now. They don't return phone calls. They misplaced my ""good faith"" cashier's check. They lost my home owner's insurance policy. Bankers Trust insisted that the buyer did not have the papers from my lender, when my real estate agent had hand delivered them. They have not given my lender the papers needed for my loan to get funded. My loan has not been funded yet because of This Escrow Company. They have poor customer service. I feel that the people that work at Bankers Trust are incompetent. I have wired them the rest of the money that I owe and fear at this point I may never see it again because of the way this escrow has been handled. I find them to be extraordinarily rude and inconsiderate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If the next time I purchase property, the buyer wants to use this company, I will insist on another. I will never work with Bankers Trust again.
