Bankers Auto Rebuild & Towing

I had one of the best auto experiences with the amazing employees at Bankers. My car was stolen and they were to company to tow it back to safety. I was out of the state when all this was happening and every employee was so dedicated to making sure my car was okay and keeping me informed that I felt so good about leaving it in their hands for a few days. Obviously the whole situation was extremely stressful but the wonderful employees truly helped calm me down and continually offered to go the extra mile to help me out. I am eternally grateful to Bankers Auto Rebuild & Tow and highly recommend them to anyone out there. Thank you all again so much. more

I highly recommend these guys. I had my car fixed here last week and these guys were fantastic! My car looks better than I could have asked for. And to top it off they have a hot female estimater. She is really cute and very professional and happy. In fact, everyone I delt with there was professional and friendly. The only one I didnt care for was one of the people upfront i didn't really like her attitude, but everyone else there was so awesome that i didn't let one person ruin it. They had great service. If I had to change one thing next time it would be that they call me more to let me know how my car is doing, because that is my baby. But i really can't complain because it got done in the timeframe i was told it would be done. These guys are the real deal, full package! And thanks jason for letting me use your accounts to do all these reviews tonight and i hope your wife doesn't think it was you because she isn't going to like you talking about the hot estimator gal. Bankers did an excellent job repairing my truck. Their price was the lowest of all the estimates I received. They are very friendly and finished exactly when they said they would. I am very happy with the work Bankers did and will definitely recommend them. more

MEYOUTEHM, you're out of your mind. This place was ridiculously accomodating for me! I wrecked my car in December last year when that whacked out random snow storm hit. My car has A LOT of custom work put into it and I was afraid of where I would have to take it. After being referred to Banker's from a friend I decided I would give it a shot and see if they could fix my baby and make her good as new again. Ha!! She's not complete yet (due to the heavy amount of custom work, which I already expected. but She should be out by tomorrow or monday!!!) but I went in a few days ago to take a look at her and she is looking even better than before, even at this stage! The best thing about it all is I got to Renton (I live in Tacoma) in the loaner car that Banker's gave me! Because my insurance company would only pay for a rental for 30 days, Banker's gave me a FREE rental car with no strings attached!!! The customer service is ridiculously amazing there. You literally are treated with the upmost respect. It's almost as if the second you bring your car in, it now belongs to them because they put so much time, effort, and CARE into their projects. Honestly, I still cannot believe how well they're taking care of me and my baby. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely stand by that statement!! more

In response to the negative review by MEYOUTHEM. We were called by the WSP to tow this customer's vehicle after an accident. He was upset before we got there & was unhappy with the WSP's hourly towing rates (not ours). He was beligerent & rude to our driver all the way to his house. When we arrived at his destination, he refused to pay (we even offered a discount) & went as far as to shove our driver & tell him, ""he is going to kill him"". Our driver had to call the police & this man was arrested. After spending several days in jail, he was found guilty at his hearing. He posted this comment in retaliation, in hopes of damaging our reputation. This is a false & unfair claim. more

Excellent company. Towed my car to their facility after an accident & handled the repairs for me. Did an incredible job and the price was well below what other companies had quoted me. They even have rental cars at their location and had one waiting for me. They made the whole process as quick and painless as possible for me. I've referred several family & friends to this business and they have all left very happy customers. If you are in the south king county area there is no better company! more

Call someone else in Renton for a tow. These folks will quote one thing, then force you to pay another outrageous fee.\r I had to even pay for their mileage to drive there own truck back to renton after them towed my car!
