I could not disagree more with the assessment of the previous reviewer, not to mention his assessment is 2 years old and should probably be removed. It is patently unfair to the staff - especially the current ones, but even to those who were there before. \r

If you ask the shop to provide a service that the company does not provide, it is not rude or incompetent on their part to tell you that they cant do it. The previous writer obviously does not take no for an answer. He should have his own facilities if he expects 100% response to every whim of every customer, especially rude ones like him. \r

Speaking from direct, and multiple, personal experience with this particular store, I have been using this particular shop now for years (almost 5), and I have never found a more competent, courteous, cheerful, and extremely helpful lot of staff.
