Worst

I went to a lunch buffet and isn't good. Some stuff were not fresh..Not sure about dinner though.

I wanted to try a new Indian restaurant and decided to give Banjara a chance, but to my surprise they are no longer open more

The Best Indian Food in the Mid-Atlantic 4/26/2006

I have lived from Californa to New York and from Toronto to Atlanta and never have I found a resturant that serves better Indian cusiene. Aside from the phenomonal food the service can't be beat. The hospitality is overwhelming and if you desire to change a menu item they can usally accomadate you. This is a great resturant for vegs. I no onger live in the Baltimore area but everytime I come back to town I make several trips there. While away I dream about their food and count down until my next visit. more

Great Indian Food at Great Prices 3/13/2006

My wife and I live in Federal Hill and we go to Banjara at least once every 2 weeks. Now, that's a lot considering all the choices in this neighborhood. The service is always great and the food is even better. I usually get some kind of kabob - either lamb or chicken and it comes out on a hot sizzling plate. They have a small wine selection, but it's inexpensive. They also have a 30 oz. Taj Mahal Indian Beer that I usually get also. Definately worth the trip. more
