Worst Clinic ever! My daughter is due in a few days and her boyfriend has the flu and everyone who is around them their doctors gave them a prescription of Tamiflu as a precautionary measure and just phoned it in without being seen. My Doctors nurse wouldn't even call me back and when I asked them about it, they stated they called me back and left a message. I don't have voice mail set up so that was a big lie and I had my phone on me in expectation they would call so another big lie. Plus they had to see me to give me the prescription while everyone else's doctor called it in for them. I wouldn't even come here in an emergency situation. Just wait and find a good one and if you can't, go to the emergency room. This place isn't worth your effort. more

This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. The people that work the front desk are ridiculously rude, they take the life outta you when you walk in with the bad vibe they give out. The billing dept thinks they are professional bullies, being lazy and not wanting to contact my insurance to check on payments instead just tell me they are not going to pay, when they paid 15 days earlier but I guess the EOB is stacked up on a desk waiting to be entered. A clinic has to work all together in order to be cohesive, this place is lacking a lot. NO quality healthcare could possible be given here. Run away from this place as fast as you can. more

My time is just as important as the dr's.. He at least is getting paid while I sit in the waiting room for over a hour each time.\r Only to get back and if what is going on with you is not listed in their little computer then it must just be all in your head..\r If you have serious illness then I would not advise going to this clinic. more

Avoid them like the plague. They required incredibly invasive personal information about your finances, work history, and demand your social security number. They pass this information through their office without any security checks and they do not have a secure server to store this data. They might as well gift wrap your private info and hand it to crooks who will steal your identity and credit. more

I have been a patient of Dr. john Smith for 28 years. I total trust and rely on him for my health care. He takes time to answer my questions, gives me advice on ways to improve my specific health problems and overall he has taken time and patience with me when he has been very busy. I have had no problem withy any doctors in the clinic when I could not see him. Pros: Compasionate,caring, reliable, and very helpful doctors Cons: Sometimes a long wait, but I don't mind more

You can almost always get an appointment the same day you call in because of the number of physicians on staff. I personally use Lander Smith, MD and I have found him to be very personable and he has been very accessible to address any of my medical issue. Pros: Professional Staff great location and new facility Cons: none that I have noticed more

I have been a patient of Dr John Smith for 20 years now and cant give a single complaint, I have seen each of the Doctors at the clinic over the years and have to say that they are all different but thats what makes a great clinic is its diversity, Doctors need that environment to thoroughly cover all patient issues. Although the wait times in the waiting room have been fairly lengthy at times the end result was wonderful care from a great doctor. KUDOS TO THE DOCTORS OF BANISTER LIEBLONG CLINIC. The scheduler for Dr. John Smith (maybe the others, too) books way too many patients because Dr. Smith takes an extraordinary amount of time with each patient. This may not be a bad thing, but when you're trying to get back to work, or feel bad, sitting there for literally hours at a time can be sssooo frustrating!!! i moved to conway about 7 years ago. i have back problems. i saw lander smith about it and had to pretty much beg him to even do an xray. needless to say i went to another doctor in another clinic, got an mri, had to have a back surgery. however, someone at that clinic got very rude with me and i left. i didnt see a primary care physician for a few years until someone recommended dr david martin at banister lieblong clinic. at first i didnt want to walk back in the doors to the clinic. i went ahead and didnt regret it. dr martin is extremely nice and thorough. hes always concerned about how im doing when im there. this clinic has more than a few doctors. anyone who reviews this clinic and lists as the cons ""ignorant doctors"" based on an experience with one doctor is misleading. ive went to the er for chest pains, had chest xray and ecg and it not run $1000. dr craig cummins has also attended to me when dr martin was on vacation. he as well is a very nice and thorough. however, i think good drs are hard to come by. if dr martin will take you on as a patient i highly recommend him. im sure dr lander smith is a capable physician, i just didnt like his bedside manner. For those of you who are unfamiliar with the medication TamiFlu, it is an antiviral medication used to prevent and to treat the flu; it is recommended by doctors for anyone who has the flu, or for anyone who has been in close contact with someone who has the flu. A member of my family got tested for the flu this morning, so I preceded to call Dr. Smith to get a prescription for TamiFlu. His nurse did not return my call until late this afternoon, and then she said that she needed Dr. Smiths approval. She called back at 4:55 saying that he will not be calling in a prescription for Tamiflu and that I needed to make an appointment for Monday. He shows a blantant mis-care (sorry thats not a word) for his patients. He left me on a Friday telling me to make an appointment for Monday so that he can prescribe TamiFLu...by that time I will probably have already gotten sick and therefore have to go pay $1000 to go to the Emergency Room. Please do not go to this doctor--I will never go back to him again..I'm calling on Monday to get a copy of my chart to bring to a doctor who gives a damn!
