Best Thai food ever! 7/22/2008

This Thai restaurant is by far the best I have been to in the DFW area. I have tried their thai fried rice, pineapple fried rice, pad kee mao, pad see lew, their curries and everything is sooo good! I try other Thai places to venture out, but i keep coming back to this place because there truly s no other place like this one.I love spicy food but even a 3/5 is too hot for me. I recommend you get a 1 or a 2 level of spiciness. Pros: The Best Thai food ever Cons: Small and not good for large crowds more

Great lunch and semi-formal dinner 10/3/2007

The room was uniquely done. I have never seen anything like it before. The food was good. I always eat my food at a level of 3/5 and it is enough to get my nose dripping without burning my mouth. Most people who want hot should go for a 4. Pros: Great Food Cons: Music can be a little too loud more

Fantastic Thai Food in the Suburbs 3/1/2006

The food is wonderful. I did take out on a weekend afternoon. The place is beautiful, small and enchanting. I look forward to eating at the restaurant. I ordered the Pad Thai - spicy, Tom Kha Gai soup, chicken satay, and the fried bananas for dessert. All of it was wonderful. The fried bananas were done in a way similar to fried ice cream. They came in little fried balls coated with coconut with coconut ice cream. The soup was light, spicy, and delicious. Very flavorful. The Pad Thai was fantastic also. I was able to heat up everything the next day and it was still delicious - the true mark of quality food. The place is small but very nice and worth the trip outside of Dallas. Nice place to eat in Irving 3/10/2005

I have to welcome this restaurant in the neighborhood. Irving needs this kind of restaurant. The decor is very unique, the color inside the restaurant represent Thai spices. The food is top notch. Great services. The price is amazingly reasonable. Great for dine out on a date without breaking the bank. Pros: Decor, Services, Food more

I've been a regular customer at Bangkok Orchid. Foods are wonderful and delicious with great presentation. Warm decor. The best is nice and clean.... Highly recommended! more
