I can't imagine what training they give their staff, but I was listening as the receptionist became hostile and hung up on what I can only assume is now an ex-client whose puppy had been bitten in their office. And they had charged them to treat the wound after taking the side of the woman whose dog had done the biting. \r

Her attitude, her behavior, and her actions were truly deplorable. And charging them for an incident that they made worse says all I needed to hear about the veterinarian. I would never recommend this business.
