Awful. Just a guessing game when it comes to diagnosing your pet. They gave my kitten a drug that should not really even be considered for a small animal (usually used on horses)....and they over dosed her. She started to lose her balance that night and got to where she couldn't even walk. She had had the medication twice before and never had that reaction. I took her to my family vet first thing in the morning (where I should have taken her in the first place, but I was trying to save money). He confirmed she was given too much medication and informed me about the drug and how it's used on horses...not cats!!! Also, he told me exactly what was wrong with my cat, and banfield was not even in the same ballpark with their diagnosis. My kitty is perfectly healthy now and will always go to my very experienced vet. Please, don't take your pet to Banfield. I was lucky my cat lived, you may not be so lucky.
