There was a different vet on staff everytime we visited, which makes it very hard to build a relationship with the person you trust with your pets health. They are way overpriced- we were quoted almost $400 to neuter our 12 pound dog. They don't send reminders in the mail about vaccinations or anything like regular vets do. I can see how Banfield can be conveniant when your dog needs to see a vet and you either- can't get an appointment with your regular vet, or can't afford an office fee- but besides that I wouldn't really recommend them. I've known people who love the place and the yearly plans they offer though, so I guess it's all up to personal opinion.
