Great restaurant. Excellent food. Very good service. Food came out fast and everything was as ordered. Dinner salads were nicely sized with a variety of ingredients. Onion rings and fried pickles were huge. Burgers, pork, chili and veggie burger were all good. Waiting area is limited to the bar. Dinner came out a little before we finished the salads. Garlic toast had too much butter for some. I would rate my experience 4 of 5. more

Nice atmosphere and convenient location - but that's all. We've made a simple order of Buffalo wings, beer, Margarita and Baby Back ribs with baked potatoes. Wings arrived within 10 minutes, but no plates, utensils or even napkins. I had to wait for my beer for 10 more minutes. Plus, we got 1 wet napkin (for 2 persons) and 2 paper towels. Some of the wings were raw inside. Another 20 minutes and couple of reminders to a waitress - our ribs appeared. Again, no plates, utensils or napkins. Summary - potatoes were undercooked, ribs terrible, tasteless and the second pack (on the bottom of the plate) even smell bad. Service is absent. I am a long time Park City resident and have been coming to this restaurant since they opened. I have always greatly enjoyed their food, service and atmosphere. However, this evening a few friends and I came in for apres ski drinks and appetizers. I am appalled at the new pricing. more

The building is set on historic main st in ParkCity. It takes you back to the old west with pictures of gunslingers and old fashioned lanterns as lights. The barbeque was amazing, Ive been to alot of bbq places from the Carolinas to Texas and this little gem of a restaurant was one of my favorites. I had the babyback ribs beans and slaw, the dry rub they put on the ribs was some of the best ive ever tasted and the beans were to die for, my wife had the pulled pork sandwich, the bbq sauce was fantastic and the meat very tender. Beyond the food the service was also very good. Food came out in a timely manner and we didnt feel rushed between appetizers and entrees. Drinks were kept full and the server brought plenty of napkins and wetnaps much needed for this good old BBQ feast. Thanks for the great food Bandits, we will be back.
