The eye doctor was as good as can be hoped for someone you go to to poke you in the eye. Very thorough and kind enough to put more numbing drops in your eye when you are apprehensive.
However, the billing department sucks. They incorrectly coded the services and then sent us a bill for about three times what insurance would have paid. When we tried to fix the issue, they wanted us to do the foot work and conference them in on a call with the insurance company. Not only that, they were rude to boot!
