The Baltic Room is classy, but it isn't huge or ludicrously priced. It seems to attract trust-fund artists and musicians, and others with good taste and a young soul. It is cozy, intimate, shadowy and elegant, but does have a small dance floor and sometimes has live music. The velvet curtains add a nice accent to the decor, but the hundreds of paper butterflies in red-lit entry room definitely seal the deal.
