I normally never write bad reviews but I am forced to. The first time I used their service in early 2009, I took in 6 items of clothing and when I came to pick them up they had LOST my wifes favorite blouse (irony!). We were forgiving because mistakes happen (right?!) and they gave us store credit. so we continued using them though my wife wasn't to happy with their work but they were conveniently located on my way to the office. In January 2010, I took in 6 items of clothing and this time they ""lost"" my wifes favorite sweater. needless to say, my wife thought I was conspiring with the cleaners to lose her clothes. I was furious because this was the second time in less than 9 months that they lost clothes (I had used another cleaner for years that NEVER misplaced or lost anything), the staff was clueless and the owner, Mr f*ckin Bally, didn't return my calls until 3 f*ckin weeks later. Once this duche did return my call, he had the f*cking nerve to ask me for proof of what the sweater was worth, implying that I was a liar! (who's the one that's lost our clothes twice?!). He even tried to negotiate a lower price for compensating me (50% to be exact) and was very rude. Too make a long story short and because my time is worth much more then he'll ever be, I said ""fine, give me $50 but your losing my business (I guess spending $100/month at the cleaners is not enough)"". Well, I think I've said enough bad things about this JERK (Mr Bally), but let me finish by telling you how this ended. He did mail be a check, for $50 MINUS the charge for the clothes that they didn't lose! It totaled $30, can you believe this?! what a penny-pinching JERK!!!!! Please save yourself the trouble, head-ache and your favorite clothes, FIND ANOTHER CLEANER & DONT USE BALLY""S CLEANERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW. come to think of it, it makes sense why they had a broken window at this location, maybe he pissed off another client....
Pros: they lose your clothes
Cons: they charge you for losing your clothes
