I may have chosen this Bank as my own personal Bank had I not been treated like I was an interruption to the little gabby session that was going on behind the teller line. I drove up to the drivethru to make a deposit for a friend and the young women actually rolled her eye's at me as if to say oh great here comes another pain in the butt customer bugging me again. I mean that was the way I took it. Then she said Hello, how are you but when I said Hi back and started to say I was fine thank you she had walked away from the window so I simply didn't say another word. I mean why ask the question if you don't want to hear the answer then don't ask the question. Now that was ruff enough then when I sent in the transaction it took her and I watched my car clock it took her 3 minutes to process a simple deposit of 1 check and 30 in cash to one account making a total deposit of the two items. Not rocket science but apparently she must've thought it was then when I got my reciept it was wrong. So this entire experience was a complete wasted time and effort as my friend had to go back and get it sorted out. They made her do a cash count of her drawer and there was the 30 in cash overage. Ballston Spa National Bank needs to hire someone with more teller experience and not so snotty an attitude toward the customers. Try hiring someone that is more professional in the manner would treat your customers with the respect they deserve. I am sorry but when I walk into my bank I enjoy the teller smiling at me and greeting me by name and acting as though it's a pleasure to see me there not treat me like I am imposing on their private hen session.
