For the most part, Ballantyne has been just OK. There has been some crime, a few break-ins, and some shady characters that live in the complex. The management here won't cooperate with you if you need to break your lease...period...which is really unfortunate, especially if you have valid reasons. I feel that it's unreasonable to disregard a good tenants concerns. If the management had been more helpful negotiating, I would have a better opinion of my experience here at Ballantyne, and I would feel I could recommend this apartment complex.
