I had back problems for years, I had damaged a vertebrae when in my mid 20s. I suffered for years & years self manipliating my back trying to get relief. Chiropractic care was not available back in the day like it is today and hadn't proven itself to most folks. The process took a little time but, I have now been going for general maintenance to keep proper alignment for many years. Dr Ball has been a big infuence on me when it came to chiropractic care, he has been a key player in my continuing this type of healing process, great care giver, He took Xrays to pinpoint the troubled area first. then set up a treatment plan. Visits have been a relaxing positive experience. The results from his care have helped a bunch, when ever I get a treatment there seems to be some improvement. I remember when he made himself available without an appointment. I recommend Dr Ball to anyone asking for a chiropracter who cares and is professionaI, personal, and knows what hes doing. Now that Im in Mt he has communicated with my local chiropractor concerning my care. Thanks Dr. Ball. more

I was activated to Fort Lewis with my Army Reserve unit. During this experience, I had pain beyond what is normal doing the physical activity, little things such as stepping in and out of the car caused pain. I came to Dr. Ball more

Dr Ball is a good Dr. He does care about his patients, but it just depends of the day. He overbooks himself and makes you wait forever. (cause he's usually late to work) It shouldn't take an hour for a person to get an adjustment. He's so busy jaw jacking with his patients or playing his stupid video games in his messy office and losing track of time his receptionist has to call him to remind him to come out because he's so focused on other things. He is very into referrals for massage because that's his money, and he likes to refer to his lawyer because he's very ""sue"" happy, and money hungry. Did you ever wonder why he makes you buy those neck rolls or lay on the rolly table, it's $$$$$$$$$?! Dr Ball has an anger problem also, so make sure you catch him on a good day, otherwise your adjustment will not be worth it, or maybe even damaging. Dr Ball also chew tobacco while he works on his clients. To me that's just down right disgusting!! And I would think against health codes. And to who ever is reading this, and you are wanting to work for him, DONT!!! He is a jerk to work for and Tina is a rude office manager. You have to sign this huge contract and it's ridiculous. It's so full of legal terms and obligations, you might at well be signing your soul away to the devil! All he cares about is his marketing because again, he's money hungry and tries to get more patients because he's turned off the ones he already has. There is obviously a reason he has gone through 5 LMP's in a year. Yeah, go figure. more

Due to a knee injury from an accident I had developed a calcified meniscus. Dr. Ball helped releive my pain with an adjustment on a regular care program. Also I had numbness in my fingers on both hands. Sometimes I woke up at night with numbness all the way to the elbow. Again with regular chiropractic care from Dr. Ball and following his instructions to use the triangle and neck roll each day/every day I?m fine. more

I have seen Dr. Ball on and off for several years. He is always very helpful and does a great job adjusting me. As with any profession there are some who simply do better than others. Dr. Ball is one of those. I have been adjusted by many chiropractors over the years starting when I was a kid. Dr. Ball is one of the very best. He really knows what he is doing and can likely help with whatever health problem you have. But if he can't help a particular problem he will tell you that too. I have been treated by chiropractors for 4+ decades (in 3 different states), and ALWAYS benefited from each of their treatments. Dr.Ball's treatments were very beneficial also, ...until he decided to cop an attitude during my last treatment. I have been having severe headaches for many years. Every doctor I went to could never tell me what was wrong. I happened to be told that chiropractic work can help. I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF DR. BALL FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW AND I AM A BELIEVER IN THE HEALING CAUSED BY CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENT. I had been suffering with really bad neck pain on and off for a couple of years and nothing had made it better. I had never been to a chiropractor before and didn't think it was going to help. My friend had been going to Dr. Ball for a few months and recommended that I give it a try. It was the best decision I could have made. Dr. Ball not only provides wonderful care but he provides explanations for every aspect of his care. He is very caring and listens to his patients. His office staff is wonderful and very accommodating. My neck feels better than it has in a long time and the rest of my body is benefiting too! I have been a Chiropractic Patient of Dr.Ball for 11years. My family and I moved from another chiropractic office in 1998 due to lack of knowledge and care of this other chiropractor. Dr Ball has been excellent with care and has helped me through some very serious accidents involving head, neck and back pain. I live by Chiropractic care, it is the way to stay happy and healthy. I can say that due to a great chiropractor and maintenance on my part, i am GREAT and HEALTHY!! I now work in the office and see face to face miracles daily. We have a care schedule for every patients needs. Our bodies don't always accept the adjustments and that is why it is so important to keep on coming, receiving adjustments and communicating with the doctor. 10/15/2009 - I will not return to Dr. Ball's office for treatment. : .....On my way out (after the last visit) I mentioned to Rachel about the pain I was feeling in my neck being intensely worse than when I came in. She offered to get Dr. Ball so I could speak with him. I did not feel I could trust Dr. Ball after the manner in which he had treated me during this visit so I declined her offer and just wanted to go home. The lady that was so chatty in the ""rolly table"" room walked out with me and we went our separate ways. I have been receiving regular adjustments from Dr. Ball since January 2007. I thank him for keeping my body in line with all the stress I put it through.
