If you can avoid this place, please do. Clearly whoever wrote the below post, was put into the newer housing that is currently being developed. All of the other housing is literally from the 50's/60's. We were literally warned upon move in that our place has had lead paint used, but it was never removed, merely painted over(wtf?). more

GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!! 4/1/2011

Move on in! My husband and I had a great experience at the Joint Base Community! The homes are spacious and the maintenance staff is top notch. Whenever we had an issue they responded immediately and fixed the issue. They did have an issue with landscaping, but that company was let go and now things are shapping up. to comment on the bug comment from above welcome to the south! Bugs are everywhere. My husband and I keep are house clean and we never had an issue with bugs inside our home. As for outdoors Balfour Beatty did not creatre bugs and ants god did. more

AVOID - Awful service, not courteous at all 7/29/2010

AVOID. If you are thinking of living on the base for the ease of it, it is well worth it to find somewhere else to live. Pros: It's on base Cons: Bug infested, rude employees, horrible policies more
