I don't understand why there is NO competition for high speed internet in this area?!!! They keep raising their rates EVERY year. I had to cut the cord on cable which became astronomical but now they only offer high speed internet only for $100 a month!!! This is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen when I talk to my other friends that live within other areas where they can get Comcast or centurylink. What the hell do we have to do to actually get some competition into this area and drive these thieves out? more

BEWARE! Baldwin Lightstream may have commercials showing how easy and dependable their service is, however, the reality is completely the opposite. Every single week there is a major problem, whether it be issues with sending/receiving e-mails (which my family depends on for our jobs), internet shortages (which, again, we rely on for our jobs), and terrible wifi and cable services (that's just annoying). Customer support is also a joke. Ask me how I know... Save yourself the frustration, money, and time; DO NOT use Baldwin Lightstream! 0/10 would not recommend more

They are THE WORST internet and cable company that I have ever had!!!!!! There after hours number is in Iowa...how is that local?? They NEED competition in this town! What a monopoly!! There prices keep going up and NOTHING gets better!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! more

Too expensive 3/10/2015

I hate paying so much, there are no other options for Internet they have all other companies blocked from coming into the area and creating competition so they continue to raise there price. I am going back to bunny ears and jet pack for Internet. more

I wish I could give no stars that's what these ripoffs deserve they are lack luster incompetent and most definitely grandiose they charge a ton and what's worse is they are the only ones around for now I waiting for frontier now that place is by far a better company and they have better service more

Horrible!!! 2/18/2014

Only way to get high speed internet is to bundle with phone or cable otherwise pay $10 for every 512k in speed and get less than what you pay for anyway getting max speed without bundling would be hundreds a month it makes no since. They pretend to be a small ton company that cares and all that crap but they obviously know they are screwing you over. more

During peak time (anytime you use the internet) is very slow. They must have a tiny lease on there backbone and over sell to there customers. Tech help.. well no help, they just say all is well and send you on your way. Hope there hold on the area ends soon so I can get a better provider. more

broadband internet is lacking 11/13/2010

Good: Nothing. Bad: buyer beware. This company lacks the backbone to support all it's customers. You will pay a premium and suffer terrible download speeds during peak times. If you have to call for support they will more than likely blame your equipment and offer to check it out for a charge.. Improvements: A competitor to move into the area.. more

You really get the benefits of good service here. The people who work there are a great team with a great amount of knowledge that they are more than willing to share. You can go in and talk to someone of course, and see their displays, and can get help via telephone. Definitely an asset to the community. more
