I still can't figure out, how 1 hour and 15 minutes of labor time can cost $345.00. Thats with no parts. So I called, and they reduced it to $245.00. Still can't figure it out, can you? And don't by a YORK A/C SYSTEM. Its nothing but trouble. It constantly smells bad from moisture and has failed more that once in a 16 month time span. 01/27/2012 e mail from company states thats the flat book rate. Should'nt customers be notified prior to performing work? Aren't customer entitled top a break down of those charges? I was told""no"". more
