About Balance of Nature Our story begins in the early ’90s with a young physician named Dr. Douglas Howard who was concerned about the increasing epidemic of lifestyle diseases. He was concerned about his family and patients staying active, happy, and healthy. Balance of Nature offers 3 different Products. These include: FruitsTM – A Blend of 16 Whole Fruits VeggiesTM – A Blend of 15 Whole Vegetables Fiber and Spice – A Blend of Fiber & 12 Spices These products can be purchased as our Whole Health System. Also, our Health Coaching Services were developed as an ongoing source of education and support. Our goal at Balance of Nature is to support our customers in educating themselves on health related issues and attaining optimal health.
