Balance For Wellness, Inc Physical Therapy and Wellness Centers specialize in one-on-one, hands-on care with each client. Focus is initially placed on healing the injury, with future emphasis on prevention and general wellness. Each client is educated about their injury and then taught ways to prevent further injury and how to manage their health and wellness in a balanced way. Traditional physical therapy techniques, including exercises, stretching and the use of modalities can be blended (at the discretion of the client) with Integrative Medicine to allow the body to move from pain to an enhanced state of wellness. A referral from a physician is not necessary under the “Direct Access” to physical therapy mandate. This allows you to be evaluated and treated by our physical therapists without the need to see another health care practitioner, allowing for more efficient and effective healing. We accept most major insurances and Direct Access PT is covered. It is the goal of Balance For Wellness, Inc to be the bridge between Western and Eastern medicine, providing an “out of the box” approach to health care through holistic care and education.
