For some one like me who has a hard time getting anywhere to work out B.F.L. fitness is the only place for me! My trainer Julie G. is the best! I truley enjoy going to see her. She has created a studio that is not only very well equipted, but more importantly, client geared, caring, and makes working out so much easier.
