Once inside you’ll find two distinctly different studios,each with its own personality and pure quality sound system for music that will inspire its members with energy and rhythm. Rooms are infused with a gentle heat that allows client’s body’s to release toxins while growing stronger and accelerates healing from improved circulation.
In addition to its studios,Balance offers fully organic Spa services,an in house nutritional counselor and a childcare center with planned educational and recreational activities so parents can stay focused on their wellness program throughout their retreat at the studios. Balance Fitness is owned by Blanca Freelander and assisted by her Program Coordinator,Darla Morrelo. Blanca states the company’s mission is to continually innovate and introduce new techniques in order to keep her members challenged and motivated.
