My order was lost and then was delivered a day late after I had to call and ask what was going. The payment, of course, was not lost. They charged me right away. Then, I was told that for my troubles I would get an upgrade on the flower arrangement; that didn't happen. The receiver sent me a picture of the flowers that were delivered and they looked wilted and did not look upgraded at all. More like downgraded. To top it off, I sent a picture of the flowers in a complaint email, as they requested, and asked for a refund but they simply responded with a debate about how they were picked fresh and they looked full and nice in the pic. What a load of crap! Never buying from them again. Customer service is the worst!
