Terrible business policies, overcharged and no regard for customer service: this was a decent deal for our small trailer until they moved it for some reason (thought they were repaving but apparently not - the pavement is still deteriorated terribly). Instead of moving it back tot he smaller spot, they kept it in a larger one for RV. The new spot is$20 more expensive and without notice they just started charging us the higher rate. A month or so later, we got a notice that they are closing; sold the property or something and we had until Jun 11th to get out. REc'd notice by phone message, letter and email. No mention of the reqirement that we would have to inform them when we planned to get there. On the first weekend of June we picked up the trailer; the place is half empty and still in bad shape. When I called, they wouldn't give me any details and said we had to come in. Anyway, now that we have the trailer off the premises, they still charged us for the month of June the full fee (automatic bank charge). When I called, she said that since we didn't tell them we removed the trailer, they will pro-rate the fee for the first 10 days of June since that is when they said we should have had it out. then she said that the balance for the month of June and our security deposit will take 4 to 6 weeks and will arrive by check. Talk about crappy customer service. . . . watch using automatic bank payments with these places. I do not recommend this company.
