Worst customer service ever! Baker's had our vehicle for over 4 weeks and they never took the time to call us and give us updates. Every week we had to call to see what was going on with our car, and every time the response was, ""we're working on it."" When I finally called to speak with a manger, he never one apologized for the inconvenience to us, he was very short, and rude talking to me, and he too never called me back when he said he would. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I honestly can't believe they are still in business!
