I love the Baja Fresh premise - fresh products delivered daily, no refrigerators needed, no preservatives used, and your food made-to-order. It's not fast food like the drive-thru chains, but it is quick. And if you are in a hurry, you can call your order in by phone and pick it up. I really like their quesadillas & their tortilla chips. They have a small salsa bar & hot sauces available for those who like their TexMex really spicy. more
