NO MATTER WHAT, DONT TAKE YOUR FIREARMS THERE FOR GUNSMITH WORK!! I WILL CHRONOLOGICALLY LIST ALL THE PROBLEMS I HAD: 1. I DROPPED MY RIFLE THERE TO GET CLEAN AND REFURBISHED. THE OWNER PROMISED ME IT WILL ONLY TAKE A WEEK. I COME BACK AND THE GUY TELLS ME IT'S NOT READY. 2. CAME BACK A WEEK LATER. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB. WHEN I TOOK THE RIFLE HOME FOR A CLOSER INSPECTION.....THEY ONLY CLEANED THE BARREL AND NOTHING ELSE.......I REPEAT, NOTHING ELSE that was REQUESTED was DONE! THE MAGAZINE FLOOR PLATE WAS STILL DIRTY (DIDNT EVEN LOOK LIKE HE WIPED IT DOWN) THE BOLT LOOKED DRY AS HELL! WASNT EVEN OILED. AND THE RIFLE BAND ON THE STOCK WAS STILL MIS-ALLIGNED AND NOT WORKED ON! (I REQUESTED FOR THEM TO RE-ALLIGN IT!) I disassembled the rifle for further inspection....... the metal underneath was dirty as hell! looks like it wasnt cleaned since 1942! btw i forgot to mention that i asked them specifically to clean and inspect ALL the key points i made on this complaint. it is supposed to be part of their protocal to strip the rifle, clean, and inspect it (at least this is what they told me before i handed my rifle to them) 3. to top it off, the owner was very very rude. he has a very indifferent attitude when you ask him questions, and even raised his voice at me because i didnt hear his question. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE. OWNER IS A BITTER OLD GUY WHO HATES HIS JOB! IF I WAS HIM I WOULD BE HAPPY CONSIDERING THE STORE IS ALWAYS BUSY AND PROBABLY MAKING GOOD MONEY. shame on you guys! dont go here despite all the good reviews! more

Small shop with friendly staff. Not a big selection of guns but not horrible either. My main complaint is about their gunsmithing. Was promised a job in 3 weeks and when I called they said another 2 weeks. This is unacceptable and just bad business. I can't comment on the quality of their work because I just took my firearm out and took it somewhere else, where they actually perform the work. more

They had the shotgun we wanted for my wife at a great price. I looked at the bigger stores without success. The staff was more friendly and helpful than you'll see at other gun stores. Although a somewhat limited inventory, I'll always call to see if they have what I want to buy next because it was a great experience (and I've purchased at Kings, Turners, Martin B. Rettingk, too). The gunsmith was also friendly, and you'll actually get work done sooner rather than later (I know many know what I mean). more

If you are tired of Turner's for your firearms need then this is the place for you. The staff that runs this shop is knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help in anyway. The quality of service is worth much more then they charge. I felt very comfortable the first moment I stepped in the door. They not only sell firearms, but collectables, gunsmithing and hard to find ammo. Give this shop a try your next time out, you won't be disappointed. more
