I am so grateful to Mitch the President of Baileys. Our ac broke. I had another company come out and told me it is not worth fixing the ac and it should just be replaced. I asked Baileys to come give me a second opinion through Lowes. Mitch gave me a quote which was half the price of the other company, but they were able to fix the ac at a fraction of the cost. We have had a week of terrible heat wave of 100 degrees + and we have had no problems. I would recommend Baileys to anyone. more

Great price and service. Peace of mind. 3/4/2011

They installed a new package unit and they contacted all the other contractors together to tie all in at once. I ended up going with Armor Roofing after they worked with Bailey's on the repairs. Saved me a lot of time and money. I'd do business again. See the owner's son Jamie, and he'll help you out. more

VERY expensive quote 2/21/2009

Be VERY wary of Bailey's. If you get a quote from them, be prepared that they expect you to go with them...even if you get a better quote from someone else. They will contact you after the fact and ask you NUMEROUS questions about the other company you chose. Pros: Polite initially, very sales-oriented, relatively quick turnaround with a quote Cons: Pushy and questionable ethics more

Expect the unexpected 8/1/2008

I was remodeling a home and got a few estimates to replace the system. Baileys price was right in the middle and they sold Lennox brand equipment. I went to the lennox website to research thier equipment and was satisfied with the quatlity. Baileys changed the system out in less time than they had expected. The plus was they gave me a discount because it took less time. I didnt expect that. I plan on using them whenever I do any more remodels. Pros: Prompt service, price was good more
