Service and Food completely down hill 12/20/2009

We have been going to this bagel shop for many years, unfortunately the past 4 months has been horrible. Even basic toasted bagels and cream cheese are lacking. If you get a dab of cream cheese on your bagel feel grateful. And if you ask for toasted make sure they truly toast it and not just sit it on the grill. We had hoped that it was an employee change, dip in the road but after all this time and too many bad orders we are done with them. Pros: close to us Cons: service sketchy and take out very poor more
