We called them out to fix our ice maker. They came informed us we would need a new unit, Duhhhhhh. Left charged us 90 dollars and did nothing.

Excellent Service 12/9/2005

We have never bought an appliance from here, but we used their service department after we were scammed by another business that eventually went bankrupt after the mother got caught not paying taxes! We called Bade's because our washer was braking abruptly during the spin cycle. The owner couldn't figure out what was wrong, but he called Maytag to see if they had any ideas and, lo-and-behold, there was a rare problem with our model of washer. The owner didn't even have to honor our warranty, but he did! They seem to have a large selection of appliances- both pricier and cheaper. We will definitely be checking them out next time we go to buy an appliance. They are conveniently located on Broadway in Bradley and the parking is right by the door. more
