Despite having decent physicians and alluring amenities like weekend and evening hours this office is terrible. Waiting 2.5 hours for a scheduled apointment with a sick baby is inhumane. A little leniancy should be expected but they have an "Emergency" every time I go and we end up waiting for hours to be seen, usually, by a PA for a five minute appointment. I polled the waiting room last time and funny coincidnce that every Dr had 3-4 patients for the same time frame. Double/triple boking is questionable but lieing about it is sleazy. The reception staff is rude and a few of the nurses obviously don't want to be there. We've encountered hidden fees and been jerked around with paperwork and finally we had to leave for the sake of our children. I can't trust thier ehalth to an office that obviously doesn't care about thern except as a # and a $. more

I have been taking my children there since 1996. I love some of the doctors in the practice, but there a a few nurses who would be better working in a nursing home. Two nurses in particular have no business working with children, they seem annoyed and make you feel like you are interrupting their day just by being there. As far as wait times, I have never been to ANY doctors office and not had to wait! The hours are AMAZING...my adult doctor is 9-5 M-F and that is it. Having this office be open most nights until 9:00 and the Sat/Sun and Holidays...unheard of! I think the pro's of this office certainly outweigh tge cons! more

If you like to stay for about 2 hours for a scheduled appointment than this is the place for you.They double/triple up on appointments for the same doctor. This office is nothing but a money making institution. They clearly DO NOT have CHILD CARE the forefront of their business. I wouldn't take my children here if it was the last office on earth. I would not recommend them more

I'VE BEEN GOING HERE SINCE THE BIRTH OF MY 1ST CHILD & AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM. LARGE GROUP OF DOCTORS WITH LONG HOURS MEAN SOMEONE IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE IN AN EMERGENCY. OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK FOR EMERGENCIES. SEPARATE WAITING AREAS FOR SICK & WELL CHILDREN. more
