I have shopped here for many years and have had nothing but great service. The staff are very friendly. You can see that they take pride in their store, because it is always clean, organized and SMELLS NICE.
It is the biggest kid store that I've seen. I always leave happy with something for my kids. The prices are fair.
They carry everything from babies through tweens and maternity, too! There is a great clothing selection in all sizes. Lots of fun toys (big and small) for kids of all ages. I have saved tons of money from buying my baby swing, crib and high chair there instead of paying for it new at Babies R Us.
They have an awesome play area that my kids have a blast in, which is nice because it keeps them entertained while I shop.
One of the things I really like is that I can get in-store credit for the stuff that my kids have outgrown. I have yet to see any other store in the Portland area that offers that. Their policies to use the trade credit are a little strict, but hey... FREE IS FREE! Who am I to complain?? I'm just happy that it's an option!!! They also offer consignment if "trade" is not your thing.
Overall, great prices, great selection, great customer service and GREAT STORE! It's definitely worth the drive over.
