can always count on feeling better in a short time after having an adjustment.almost all the time I have only a few minutes wait, in and out in no time.

The massage was out of this world... she was so patient (I was late arriving for my appt and in a bit of a tizzy to start, good day for a massage!).. Everyone there is always pleasant.. can't wait for my next one! more

Severe Back Pain & Numbness 6/19/2011

After back surgery & physical therapy I was left with numbness in my right foot & leg,I has to walk with a cane. My fiance suggested I make an appointment with Dr Applegate. I am amazed at how great I feel and I no longer need my cane. I would never think twice about recommending Back to Health Wellness Center to anyone. I have nothing but positve remarks about my expierence. I can't thank Dr.Applegate and his entire staff for all the kindness they have shown me over the last year. You guys are fantastic! more

Dr Kirham and staff are wonderful! Always accommodating and friendly. I have never been denied an appointment time, even on short notice. I feel immediate results after an adjustment. Nothing but five star treatment! more

The office staff are always friendly and willing to schedule according to ones needs or assist with an insurance need. The therapy and massage personnel are well trained and personable. Both Doctors are very capable, attentive to your symptoms and genuinely interested in your overall health. Thumbs up all the way around! more

Wow! I forgot what pain free was like! 6/13/2011

From the minute you walk in the door until the minute you leave you are treated as a friend. This adds a huge comfort! I have learned so much on how to continue being pain free. I appreciate the kindness and the understanding of the fear I felt when i first came in. Now, I can get up in the morning without pain. I forgot what the felt like! more

Monthly Adjustment 6/7/2011

Dr. Applegate always takes the time to make sure that attention is paid to the areas that need it and he makes me feel verry comfortable during my visits. Every time I have had a appointment all of the staff has msde me feel very welcome and they always treat you like you are a close friend and not just a patient. I have recomended the Welness center to some of my friends due to my experiences there. more

Love Back to Health! 6/3/2011

I've seen Dr. Kirkham for back and neck pain for a few years, and been very satisfied with the results. This past December, I saw him immediately after a bad accident that totaled two vehicles, and began rehab there as well for a few months. The difference between my recovery and that of my coworker, who didn't follow my advice and get in to Back to Health, was huge. You wouldn't have thought we were in the same accident. I can't say enough about how much relief I've gotten from Dr. Kirkham and his staff. Don't hesitate to make an appointment - you'll be happy you did! more

Every experience I have with Back to Health is fantastic! From calling to schedule, to friendly wonderful staff, to my chiropractic adjustments and massages. I tried many other options for my migrains (without much relief) before coming to see Dr. Kirkham and since the first visit (7 years ago) I have never gone, or needed to go anywhere else! more

First time back...why did I wait so long? 6/1/2011

Just had my first visit after being gone for several years. The staff is so nice and helpful. Dr. Kirkham is awesome!! He really takes the time to listen to you and understand what's going on. I go again Friday..and I can't wait! more
