Not impressed with the atmosphere or services. The massage techniquies were horrible. The service was terrible; waited two months for an appointment because they scheduled a Living Social and a Groupon back to back. Massage therapist (if she was actually certified) failed to ask me about the pressure I liked or look at the in processing sheet to I had an injury. So not only was the massage bad, but she hurt me. I was sore the next day too. Would never go back. more

Back 2 Basics Wellness (Little Canada) took several weeks to return multiple phone calls and emails. When I finally heard back from someone TWO weeks later, whoever called back was really short on the phone saying that everything I needed to know was on the website. (NO IT'S NOT, that’s why I’m calling!) I had a 10:00am appointment with Kenyata Woods this morning. When I got to the office, it wasn't even open!!! And, the schedule on the window says they are to be opened at 9am!!! I tried calling all morning, no answer, just the voice message for the last 3 months. None of the lights were on and no cars in the parking lot. This is the WORST experience I've ever had at a massage office and will NEVER come here again. I will also tell ALL my friends & family never to come here. I also went to the website to write this same testimonial, but surprise, surprise, there is no access to log in and actually type in a testimonial as advertised. PEOPLE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE! more

Loved this spa. Went to while vacationing. Loved their chocolate massage. Felt like royalty and definately will be back soon! I would recommend to everyone. more
