I had a lot of work done on a used vehicle that I had just bought. They explained everything out that needed to be done, prioritized it for me and then did the requested work. I guess I should expect that, but they seemed like good people. I overheard them talking to a teenager who had brought his car in and it needed an A/C compressor. I am not sure of the exact work, but they said it would be somewhere in the $650 range. They told the kid to contact Hyundai because they thought it should be covered under the 100k mile warranty. The kid said he was the second owner. But the people at Back on the Road told him it didn't matter, they should still cover it. They said they would love to do the work, but with them, it would cost $650 and if Hyundai covered it, it would be $0. I really felt like they weren't in it just for a buck, but they gave the impression they actually do look out for their customers best interest. I will definitely be back.
Pros: Good work; fair price; honest
Cons: Communication could use a bit of work
