Back Bay Family Dentistry didn't let me know that their office isn't a participating provider with my dental insurance anymore before I have gotten my services. At least, have the decency to let me know as their patient. They didn't apology or anything. Now, I have to pay for my-usually-free-with-my-insurance preventative cleaning. I rated them and commented on their facebook page. You won't believe what happen next!! They deleted it! Very professional of them, isn't it?! It's time to find me a new dentist. more
