I was very scared because nothing like this had ever happened to me before. My case manager helped me understand by answering my questions. Sometimes I asked the same question more than once and he never made me feel like I was bothering him. My case manager was always polite and got back to me when I had to leave a message. My case manager was the best. THANK YOU!! more
