HORRIBLE!!! I placed a prepaid delivery order online (6:02pm) using a one-time credit card payment through PayPal. After 90 minutes with no communication, I called to get a status of my order. The person who answered the phone said she had no idea and would have someone call me back in two minutes. Five minutes later (7:38pm) an employee named JOSH called me to tell my my order wasn't started but they could have it to me in 25 - 30 minutes. I asked what the delay was since that would be over TWO HOURS for my order (a large cheese pizza). He asked me to hold the line. The owner got on the phone and told me his internet was down so he just received my order and would have it to me in 45 MINUTES. Before I could finish explaining that it was too long since I had placed my order 100 minutes ago, he interrupted and said, ""I don't argue with customers but I'm telling you something that you just don't understand. Your order was received at 6:59, not 6:02."" Unsatisfied with the resoution, the owners yelling and utter lack of respect, I asked that he refund my money. He told me that he could not do so. He said I paid paypal, paypal pays him and it's not his problem. THE OWNER THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I've been in touch with paypal who assures me that the owner DOES have the capability to refund my money. At this point PayPal cannot refund my money but they have started the dispute process. I have been to Bachi's before. The food was pretty good but I always knew the owner was pretty sketchy. If you like to be treated fairly and respectfully, DON'T GO TO BACHI'S!!!\r
