A sharp-looking little shop BUT is unreliable. Beware. 4/20/2011

I've dealt with a total of six coin shops in metro Kansas City during 2010 and 2011. Bacchus & Rockwell is my only bad experience. By phone I found one of the owners especially abrupt, which is unimportant. But in making a purchase, I found the shop UNRELIABLE. As if one or both owners in not especially interested in their reputation. I am not sure whether they are careless. Or tend to blame customers for their personal issues. What is sad is the failure to clean up or address their ethical gaps afterwards, for the sake of their standing in the community. more
