Great Gandbaby Paradise 11/12/2005

When my granddaughter was pregnant for her new baby we went here to check out the selection of nursery items. I cannot tell you how HUGE their selection is, it's the biggest I've ever seen. The prices were very reasonable compared to the quality of the items they carry in stock. The sales staff were very helpful in finding the items we needed and helping make sure we had everything on our list. more

When I was looking for items for my granddaughters nursery I went here. The have above and beyond the LARGEST selection of items I've seen anywhere. The prices are competitive and the quality is excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I was picking out a bed that would last through most of her childhood. more

Everything you need for a baby and more 8/11/2005

The best thing about this family owned business in Albany besides the huge selection and great prices is the very friendly and helpful staff. They carry all the mainstream, popular brands and gear, but also more unique stuff too. They have some high end clothes, perfect for special occasions. One thing I don't understand is why they are not open on Sundays. It seems like it would be a popular family shopping day and they must miss out on business. Also it is a lot of work to register there. You have to go around and write down the skus. Using a scanner at Target was much easier and a lot more fun. more

Babyland has always been the local store that carries those hard to find items that you can normally only find online. They have a great selection and quality things. They are more expensive than most other comparable stores and the staff isn't always the nicest or the most helpful. It's a great place to go for that unique baby gift or hard-to-find item. They also sell stunning handmade baptismal outfits. more

Very nice, but expensive 8/4/2005

Babyland is a great store,but it is very expensive. You can buy the same or similar merchandise for alot cheaper at other stores. However, Babyland has the largest selection of some items and alot of items that no other store in the area carriers. You can also get alot of good ideas on decorating the nursery just by going through the store. Also beware- the staff could be just a bit nicer. more

Hard to find stuff - you'll find it here. 7/31/2005

Babyland is the place to go to when you want to browse or when you can't find the item anywhere else. They carry a wide variety of lines in hard to find colors and prints. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The only drawback - they are a bit pricey. Their customer service is top notch so sometimes it's just worth it to know you have the right item. more
