Poor service 1/7/2007

When i was pregnant we went here to purchase furniture the furniture was very over priced but at the time we had to have something, so we purchased a dresser when we got home we realized it was about to fall apart so the very next day we took it back but the store would not give us our money back we had to purchase something that we did not need in the place of the dresser the staff which i think is a mother and a daughter were very unfriendly and acted like we should have been thinkful that we could come in there store. We will drive to greensboro next time. more

Very Helpful 4/14/2006

My family recently had a problem. We had a son who wanted a firetruck bed very badly, but there was a problem with it. My little Kia could not hope to fit a huge box into it. I rode up to baby world and asked them if they delivered, but they said no to that item. We sat, almost in defeat, until the associate said that she could take it out of the box and help up put the individual parts into the car. The price was cheaper than other stores and they were very courteous. Recommended A+ more
