I placed an order online for a crib well over a week ago. I got a confirmation that my order was received. After that I logged in to the site many times to check for a ship date. I none was listed. I wait a few days then I called them to confirm when my order would arrive. The lady on the phone asked me my name 3 times. I offered her order number, name, invoice number, etc. Finally when I told her what the item was she said my card was not being charged and I would not receive the item. I asked if this was not the case, why wouldn't someone notify me so I could shop elsewhere? She had no answer for me and said there was no manager I could speak to. Now its 10 days later and I have to start my shopping all over again. I would never run my business like this. Poor customer service. Very disappointed.
