I met Monica in 1987 when I had a total hair disaster at the hands of a butcher. She saved my life then and has recently done so again. I followed her all over Austin and Cedar Park and Round Rock until she moved to Maryland in the late 90s. That was too far!! I moved, too, out to the Hill Country and had to settle for what I could find. But I moved back to Austin in 2007 and again found someone close and cheap and never busy. Of course, my hair looked like it! One day I decided to check out another salon down the street online and totally by accident came across Monica's name. I couldn't believe it. She was back in Austin and so was I. Now I look like my old self because Monica knows who that is. If you want something young and sassy, Monica can give it to you. But if you're older like me (64) don't be afraid to give her a try. She'll give you just what you want. Pros: A real keeper more

I enjoy going to Baby Face Day Spa because the atmosphere is always upbeat and everyone there is very friendly. My stylist Monica does great with men's hair and I always leave the salon pleased with the results. Monica is a lot of fun and a great conversationalist. See Monica for an unbelivable Mens Hair Cut!!! 9/11/2009

I have always gone to the ""chop jobs"" to save a buck! Let me tell you, ""you get what you pay for""...if you have any respect for the way you look, you will go see Monica and spend $5-10 more!! She is worth the extra $ just to look at alone! Lovely!! (and very professional) They say don't skip out on a comfortable matress (you spend 1/3 of your life sleeping) So you think paying a few extra bucks to look your best ain't a good idea? Think again! You might just get a date! LOL!! I will never go back to the ""chop shops!"" Just isn't worth it!! I promise!! Ask the chicks who have to look at your ugly mug!! you will love this place 9/1/2009

I took my freind and I to get massages and pedicures at BabyFace it was a very good experince the massages were a complete hour most places give you 45 min and our pedicures were also an hour or more.This place is the place to go prices are great and you get treated very well by all of the staff. Try this place yu will love it Pros: great customer service,very clean, and great services Cons: none you don't want to leave more

I attempted to save money by coloring my hair myself at home. Big mistake! I went to see Monica at Baby Face. She fixed my color, gave me a conditioning treatment and a wonderful haircut. I love it love it love it! Please do yourself a favor and go see her! Pros: clean, friendly staff more

FINALLY FOUND THE PERFECT STYLIST 6/15/2009

Monica made a transformation in ONE visit. Saw the beautiful results she performed on a friend and had to make an appt. for me. She was honest about what cuts would work best with the shape of my face, colors to compliment my eyes, the whole package! Then she worked her magic. I look younger and will follow her no matter what it takes. Pros: easy going, clean, fun, reasonably priced Cons: absolutely none more

The Best Pedicure In town 4/24/2009

The pedicure was all hands on for 11/2 hour.You also get a peppermint mask with warm towels and exfolliting scrub.I now go to Jeanette once a month she is a sweetheart and the great thing is theat i live in Cedar Park and she works at both locations BabyFace has to offer.Try her you won't be dissapointed. I followed Monica Johnston from another salon 3/18/2009

I followed Monica from another salon. She has been doing my hair for over 12 years now. she knows her color! She is professional and always willing to change if I need it, However, she will tell me when something cant be done because maybe it will damage my hair too much. she is honest, very honest because she cares about your hair. I would say give her a try, you wont be disappointed. She also does an awesome job on my husband's hair. If your looking for somebody new...you have found her. Pros: she rocks! Even when I moved to far South Austin, I tried to use another stylist and just came back to Baby Face cause I want someone who will treat me and my hair with respect and kindness and that is Baby Face to a T! Monica and Vicki the best! 1/25/2009

My husband bought me a gift certificate to Baby face. I was lucky enough to get Monica Johnston to do my color and cut and Vicki Daegel for a facial. My day was wonderful, these two ladies treated me with the utmost respect and kindness AND they knew what they were doing! You have to try them! I will never use anyone else! I now book when I leave for every 4 weeks for a hair service and facial! Pros: professional staff, they know what they are doing more

BabyFace Day Spa Is the place to go 12/14/2008

I recently moved here from out of state and was referred to Greg which to find out he was the owner.He did an amazing job on my new transformation.The color that he chose was the color that i have had every stylist try to accomplish but has never been achieved.It was the best my hair has ever looked.It took 10 yrs off my age.I have received so many compliments that my self-esteem is back. Since i was their i decided to get a pedicure which was really good and a massage that was great. i highly recommend that this is the place to go. The staff is so family oriented and is so drama free and is the cleanest salon i have seen . more
