Babies R US

Ok so I have 2 little girls about to start school and I wanted to buy them desks to do schoolwork etc. I go online to check out what toys r us has and find the perfect desk for them called Step2 Deluxe Art Master Desk with Chair.looks perfect so I call the store to see if they have 2 in stock & got put on hold for I kid you not 1/2 hr. got frustrated called back and the phone rang for another 1/2 hr. So I drive up there to see if they have any found 2 tickets by the desk I wanted grabbed them went to the register to be shuffled to the ""help desk"" (yea right) the girl there tells me they dont have any in back so I ask if they have any on the floor she is like ""did you see any?"" I said no I always thought if you had the tickets you had the item so I go back to where i got the tickets looked up saw one in a box and one as a display i ask if they will part with the display and they refused so if you are looking to make your child happy or get customer service dont go here. more

the store has every thing you need from safety items to clothes and furniture. i love the bargains on clothes they have a wide assortment and great mark downs that are in season. Pros: assortment, brand names items, quality Cons: location, not enough stores, too busy more
