I just witnessed someone I know try and talk to this company's owner and I am APPLAUDED by how rude and unprofessional the lady, Joanne, was. Somewhere along the line, a mistake was made whether on the end of the person I know or theirs is unclear. However, the person I know was trying to make it right and see what can be done but all Joanne could do was blame them and could not admit to her company ever making a mistake! Poor customer service skills, a customer just wanted to make things right for her daughter! When you have poor customer service skills, expect the customer to get defensive. Even if you just gave some money back or met your customer who has spent so much on your company in the middle it would have been fine. Accidents and mistakes happen and also TECHNOLOGY CAN mess up the information you get from these orders. Technology like humans aren't perfect. Do better. As a future educator who hopes to be apart of PTO I would not want my families dealing with this ridiculousness and will keep in mind this situation. Families have enough to deal with. They are just trying to make their children happy and show school pride. This ruins it. Again, humans aren't perfect, they make mistakes, but we can learn and help each other. Kindness costs nothing but don't expect kindness when you can't provide the services your company is suppose to provide as a company serving the people of the public.
